Our Traditional Omakase experience features approximately 12 courses, including a selection of seasonal tsumami (small plates) followed by expertly prepared nigiri sushi.
For guests seeking a more extensive journey, our Premium Omakase showcases a broader range of seasonal delicacies, premium and rare seafood selections, all selected by Chef Run. Diners can expect around 16 courses, but that amount can vary depending on what is in season, and Chef’s understanding of the diner’s preferences.
