Hidden within Kokolabo, The Den is an intimate 7-seat omakase counter where each service is shaped by the day's finest arrivals from Japan.
Our omakase experience is guided entirely by Chef Run, with menus changing daily according to seasonality, market availability, and the quality of each ingredient. Seafood is sourced directly from Tokyo's renowned Toyosu Fish Market and flown to Bangkok multiple times each week, ensuring exceptional freshness and variety throughout the year.
With only seven seats available, guests are invited to enjoy a personal dining experience where craftsmanship, conversation, and carefully selected ingredients take center stage.
